TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
There are two methods for ordering and/or purchasing:
1. Through our e-commerce site, follow the programme instructions.
2. Or, take note of the code and name of the item(s) you want and place your order

CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Object
The object of these Conditions of Sale is the purchase of articles and equipment for sport and professional fishing made through our e-commerce site https://www.zonapesca.com/; located in Via Biasini 7, 98164 Messina (ME), Italy.
Purchase transactions via the Internet are regulated by law D.lgs. n. 185 of 22/05/1999, which regulates online sales. This legislation provides for the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the goods purchased. With regard to the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the regulations set out in Law 13 D.lgs. 30.6.2003 n. 196 (hereinafter, ‘Privacy Code’) and art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, ‘GDPR’)
2. Purchase
Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown: the unit cost of each item chosen, any transport costs, any payment charges and the total amount of the order.
Transport is free of charge for domestic orders over €99.00, for international orders over €129.00.
Once the Customer makes the purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail containing: a summary of all the items purchased and the transport costs.
3. Acceptance of the Terms of Sale
The submission of the purchase order implies the Customer's consent (according to art. 10 D.lgs. n.185/1999) to receive from Zona Pesca, the subsequent communications, aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. In turn, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general sales and payment conditions in his relations with our company, declaring that he has read and accepted all the conditions.
Upon confirmation of the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer shall receive an e-mail message containing the date and total amount of his order and the details thereof. If the customer does not receive the e-mail, please contact us.
If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the payment for the same has been made through Paypal, Zona Pesca shall retain 3% of the total amount of the order. This amount corresponds to the commission paid to Paypal.
4. Payment
Zona Pesca makes various payment methods available to customers (See the specific Payments section).
Orders that are not paid within 1 day after receipt of the Order Confirmation will be automatically canceled without notice.
5. Shipping
Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours upon receipt of the order, subject to the availability of the requested items or force majeure.
As soon as the courier picks up the shipment at our premises, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and order summary.
Zona Pesca entrusts shipments to SDA (Italy) and BRT (Worldwide).
Zona Pesca will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the shipment to the Customer by the Courier.
Zona Pesca reserves the right, before shipping the goods, to request any information suitable to verify the accuracy and congruence of the invoicing and/or shipping data indicated by the Customer in the order.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is obliged to check that the packages are intact (not damaged, hit, wet, with strange folds, that there is perzonal tape, etc.). He shall ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the consignment note. In the event that the parcels are not intact or if there are any anomalies, please write ‘DAMAGED PACKAGE, ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CHECK’. This is necessary in order to protect you in the event of disservice or damage caused by the courier. In case of failure to sign with RESERVE, no refund can be issued.
Zona Pesca will not be responsible for any damage or breakage caused by the courier during transport and the Customer will not benefit from any kind of refund for damage or breakage caused by the courier.

4. Prices
All prices include VAT. There are no further discounts on the published prices.
Zona Pesca reserves the right to correct prices in cases due to publication errors, in which case the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail or telephone.
5. Invoicing
Zona Pesca shall issue an Electronic Fiscal Deferred Invoice. The goods will be shipped accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation or transport document. The fiscal invoice will be issued electronically, the courtesy copy will be forwarded by e-mail within 7 days from the delivery of the goods.
The customer is obliged to keep the courtesy copy in order to take advantage of any returns or guarantees on purchased products.
6. Warranty and Right of Withdrawal
Fishing lines are not covered by the warranty.
For any replacement or repair of the item due to a defect or malfunction, the customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt). In the event of loss, other documents attesting to the purchase at Zona Pesca may be presented: the cheque voucher, the Paypal payment receipt, the bank transfer receipt.
The defective article, in order to be replaced, must, at the time of return, be complete with packaging, all accessories and documentation received by the customer at the time of purchase, and must also be accompanied by the following documents Purchase invoice or tax receipt, order number and date, and a brief description of the defect found. The return of the item without the original packaging, accessories and documentation mentioned above prevents us from replacing the product at the manufacturer's premises.
The cost of shipping the goods to our premises is borne by the Customer.
Zona Pesca recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided for by the regulations in force. The deadline for availing yourself of this right is 14 days as provided for by law. If you have made a mistake in your order and have received an item other than the one you wanted, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.
In order to exercise this right, it is sufficient to send, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, a written and signed communication stating the wish to withdraw from the purchase. Together with the sending of the letter, the customer is required to send the goods via a courier of his or her choice, entrusting them with the package carefully packaged to ensure the integrity of the goods during transport and of everything originally contained. In any case, transport costs shall be borne exclusively by the customer. In the event of damage or loss occurring during the transport of the returned goods, we reserve the right to retain the amount due for reimbursement.
We will only accept the return or replacement of the item if it is in perfect condition, undamaged, functional, resalable and returned in its undamaged original packaging. The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited if the returned product is not intact and in its original condition or when the return communication is made after 14 days of receipt of the goods.
After the integrity of all goods has been checked, we reserve 10 days for crediting the sum or sending replacement goods, charging any transport costs to the customer.
