SHIPMENTS
Items purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. The shipment will contain:
(a) Transport document.
b) Goods ordered.
The goods will be shipped accompanied by the transport document. The fiscal invoice will be issued electronically.
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours (Saturdays and public holidays excluded) upon receipt of the order, subject to availability of the requested items or force majeure.
As soon as the courier picks up the shipment, you will be sent an e-mail with the tracking number and order summary.
Couriers
At the moment Zona Pesca entrusts shipments to SDA Express Courier Poste Italiane and BRT for international shipments.
Zona Pesca will not be responsible for possible delays in the delivery of the shipment to the Customer by the Courier. Shipments will be delivered every working day.
If the delivery has not been made due to the absence of the consignee, the consignee can request the free redelivery of the shipment via the web, in the Deliveries-Shipping section within the next 3 days, after which, if there is no communication from the consignee, the sender will receive the Dossier of opening of the Stock.
There is a 15-day storage period after which the shipment is returned to the sender with a charge.
It is important to remember to always provide your mobile or landline phone number, so that you can be notified in advance by Zona Pesca of any problems with the shipment.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to check that the parcels are intact (not damaged, hit, wet, with strange folds, that there is the perzonal tape, etc.). If the parcels are not intact or if there are any anomalies, please mark the parcel ‘DAMAGED PACKAGE, ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE OF CHECK’ and please contact our site for clarification. This is necessary in order to protect you in case of disservice or damage caused by the courier. No refund can be issued in the event of failure to sign with RESERVE.
Shipping costs
Transport costs are charged to the customer and are calculated according to the shipment chosen. Zona Pesca currently offers 3 types of delivery:
1. SDA Express in Italy à €6.90
2. FREE hand delivery within 5 km from our premises
3. BRT Worldwide Delivery à €19.90
For orders of €99 or more, shipping within Italy is free. For orders starting at €129 outside of Italy, shipping is free.
Packaging costs are included in the shipping costs.
Delivery times
SDA Express Courier offers delivery in 2-3 days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) throughout Italy and Sicily (with the exception of the smaller islands and Sardinia).
International deliveries take on average 4-10 days, with variations depending on the destination.
