PAYMENTS
You may choose different forms of payment:
1. Payments with PayPal Express Checkout
Express checkout that allows you to finalise payment in just 3 clicks is a more technically advanced payment solution, based on a set of API calls that make payment more secure. The customer makes the payment and completes the order on the website (zonapesca.com). This ensures greater integration between the website and the order management procedures.
PayPal is an on-line payment system that requires an account to be opened with PayPal.
Concluding a purchase with this type of payment will display a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your personal e-mail address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one. After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. In the case of a purchase via PayPal payment method, upon conclusion of the order the customer is directed to the PayPal login page.
The amount of the order shall be debited from the PayPal account when the order is placed. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance of, the amount shall be refunded to the Customer's PayPal account.
Order cancellation is possible as long as the order has not been processed. The order status is clearly visible in the ‘MyPurchases’ area and can no longer be cancelled if the indication ‘Order processed’ appears. At no time during the purchasing procedure is Zona Pesca able to know the Customer's financial information. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of this data being intercepted.
No computer file of Zona Pesca contains or stores such data. For each transaction performed with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Credit Card Payments through PayPal
Accepts payments in 25 currencies financed by: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Carta Aura, and with the balance of the PayPal account, rechargeable by bank transfer.
Credit card details are handled directly by the Bank. The information entered in the order form is encrypted using 128-bit encryption systems (SSL) that prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank.
2. Advance bank transfer
The details for the bank transfer will be communicated to you via a subsequent e-mail, once the availability of all items in your order has been verified.
The reason for the bank transfer must indicate: the order number and/or the name and surname of the ordering party. In the current state of the banking system, the transferred amount is credited to the beneficiary's account no earlier than 3 to 4 working days after the transfer is made. If we do not receive payment within 5 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
3. Cash
Payment by cash is only possible for hand delivery no more than 5 km away from our premises.
